All products in this store are digital items - nothing will be shipped.

Please fill out the form below and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible! Our normal office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (Central Standard Time), excluding holidays, though we check for emergencies outside of normal business hours too. :)

Can I share your product images?

I'm so honored you want to share my hard work. :) You can share the images, just please link them back to the appropriate place in the shop and/or credit this shop when sharing.

I can't edit the file

Editing, altering, manipulating, changing, or recreating our printables is against copyright. We can't send you the password; I'm very sorry.

My download link expired 

If you have purchased something in the shop, please contact us. 

I downloaded too many times

For security reasons, we have a limit to how many times one product can be downloaded. We can't up the link download limit per person. I'm so sorry.

I'm unable to download the file 

Sometimes the issues can be tied to the extensions installed in a browser. It may also be that your current browser is not update and you're using an older version. Try downloading in a different browser (not a cell phone). Try Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox.

I can't find the file location

Sometimes, it will download, but discretely, to somewhere hard to find. Try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.

  • If that doesn't work, you'll want to search Google for help with your specific browser. Usually typing in the error code you are seeing is very helpful when searching.
  • If you've purchased something from my shop (not a freebie) and are having trouble downloading something, please use the form below to contact us.

I can't open the file

All files are sent using PDF format. Most computers have pre-installed Adobe Reader on them, but if your particular laptop, PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort on it, you'll need one to view the items. Adobe Reader is the most common one and it's free. You can download it here.
